What Is Holiday Pay?
As an employee of Clipper Contracting, you are entitled to holiday just like any other employee in the UK. It is important that you take the time to rest and we recommend workers have their holiday pay accrued; they can then have this paid to them during their period of leave. As an alternative, some workers may wish to have it advanced to them each week. The contract sum we receive from the recruitment agency partner includes the holiday pay that we accrue - this is calculated at a rate of 12.
