Personal Accident insurance

One of the many benefits of engaging through Clipper Contracting Group is access to a comprehensive personal accident insurance scheme at no extra cost to yourself.

This policy provides cover for accidents or violent events* when you are performing tasks, duties and other functions in connection with your occupation.

In order to make a claim, contact Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson directly on 020 8891 9831 (9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri) or by email at claims@swib.co.uk.

You must:

a) tell Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson as soon as practicable of any event or occurrence which may result in a claim and in any event no later than 90 days after the occurrence of such event;

b) as soon as practicable and at your expense, provide Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson with a written claim containing as much information as possible of the loss, destruction, damage, accident or injury, including the amount of the claim;

c) provide Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson at your own expense with evidence reasonably required in the form and of such nature as Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson may prescribe (but is not limited to):

i) fully completed claim form;

ii) medical certificates;

iii) a payslip specifically relating to the day and hours worked at the time the Accident occurred and

demonstrating payment of income for those hours was made through Clipper Contracting Group;

iv) copy of the entry in the Site Accident Book to evidence a site accident where appropriate. If access to the Site Accident Book is refused. Acrisure T/as Sutton Winson, at their discretion, may request any other evidence that they deem necessary to validate the claim;
