# Changing Personal Details

If you have not signed your contract with us you can phone our on-boarding team on 01305 233 170 to update your personal details. After signing your contract, due to data protection, we are unbale to change personal information over the phone. In order to change your personal details, you would need to request this in writing either by email at hr@clippercontracting.co.uk or messaging us on our web-chat. You must ensure that the message comes from a source that we already have on file, ensuring the person changing the information is in fact you.
