Benefits of Clipper Contracting

An umbrella company provides a number of great benefits. In addition to those outlined below, workers who are engaged as employees can benefit from continuous employment with one employer - ideal for temporary workers who need to apply for financial products! For self-employed workers, not all the below will apply but many will!

Loyalty Scheme – If you are currently registered with Clipper Contracting and choose to move to a new agency and continue to engage with Clipper Contracting, we’ll waive our margin for your first weeks payment.

Buddy Scheme – If you are currently registered with Clipper Contracting and know someone on site who would also like to use our services, if you recommend them we will waive our margin for each worker recommended once they have received their first payment.

Personal Accident Insurance – If you are registered with Clipper Contracting you will be entitled to our comprehensive personal accident insurance should you have an incident on site. A claim can be made for hospitalisation, emergency dental cover or incapacitation.

SSP, SMP, SPP – If you are registered with Clipper Contracting on our employed solutions as an employee, you would be entitled to benefits such as statutory sick pay should you fall ill and statutory maternity/paternity pay.

Legal, tax and counselling helpline – When registered with Clipper Contracting you will have access to our benefit program which provides free and confidential access to advice.

Text message NET pay alert – Once you are fully registered with Clipper Contracting and a payment is processed to your account, you will receive a text message confirming your NET pay each week.

Disaster Recovery – We have a resilient business framework which allows our staff to work remotely with access to our systems, meaning that despite any disaster we will still be able to get you paid.

Emailed payslips and pay statements – Once you are fully registered with Clipper Contracting and a payment is processed to your account, you will receive a standard details breakdown of your pay via email each time you are paid.

Pension Provision with option to save more – As an employee of Clipper Contracting you are entitled to a pension, we operate on an auto enrolment after you have been with us for 12 weeks with a standard contribution of 8% (5% from the employee, 3% from the employer), there is an option to enter the pension from your first payment with us should you wish and can also increase your employee contributions up to 10%.
